6 oz milk chocolate chips

Now I'm going to tell you the directions:

Heat oven to 375°F.

Beat butter, syrup and both sugars in a large bowl with mixer for 1 minute or until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg and mix it all together.

Whisk flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl to mix. With mixer slowly add to butter mixture until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop, drop dough apart on baking sheets.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until just brown around edges.

This is how i make my yummy cookies, just how my momma taught me. i hope everyone enjoys my recipe!!

Enzymes

I had to do a report in chemistry about Enzymes, so i know a lot about them. I'm going to tell you some important facts about Enzymes.

Enzymes are proteins that boost the rates of chemical reactions. Enzymes change their selves into different molecules called the products. In some reactions, the molecules at the start of the process are called substrates. A substrate is a molecule where enzymes act. Pretty much all biological cells need enzymes or no important rates will happen. The amount of them in a cell determines which metabolic pathway will happen in that cell because they are selective for their substrates. They work by lowering the activation energy for a reaction, while a lot of others increase the rate of reaction. Enzymes are not consumed by the reactions they catalyze. They also do not alter the equilibrium of these reactions. But they do vary from most other catalysts by being much more specific.

Other molecules can affect the enzymes activity. Inhibitors are one of them. They like to reduce enzymes activity. A molecule that likes to raise enzymes activity would be activators. Activators like to combine with enzymes witch Leeds to them increasing their activity. Enzymes are able to catalyze only one chemical reaction or at the most two reactions involving substrates sharing the same general structure.

Enzymes are also in raw food. I think that it would be healthy for Americans to eat more raw food. I’m sure that people would notice that they have more energy and health if your started eating more raw food in their diets. It’s true that a lot of enzymes are killed by heat which means when you cook them. When raw foods are exposed to heat they breakdown. There for enzymes are no longer able to do what they were designed.

There are also enzyme supplements too. All living things need them to live. Your body depends on them to help your blood and to help break down fats. It cleans the colon and helps your energy level. These proteins are found in every cell in your body. Some people lack these proteins and need to take supplements to help keep their body’s healthy and strong. We have about 1,200 different enzymes in our body’s that helps keep our body’s disease free.

There’s also something called liver enzymes. They help speed up a chemical reaction in your liver. The liver is very important because it helps to keep away many toxins in the body. Which makes proteins that are used to help clot the blood draw fluid into our blood vessels. Enzymes are very important for our body’s and living things.
